Formafantasma

Formafantasma

Formafantasma is the studio founded by Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin, Italian designers educated at the Design Academy Eindhoven. Their work focuses on experimental materials, sustainability, and objects as cultural artefacts.

Whether in client collaborations or independent research, Formafantasma applies the same meticulous attention to the environment, process, and detail while also engaging with the historical, political, and social dimensions of design.

Clay

Clay

Clay is the result of a study in which material exploration is the central element, and wheel-throwing becomes a vehicle for shaping form. Vases and bowls are hand-torn at the top, making each piece unique through a single, expressive gesture.
